We view legal planning as an expression of love, responsibility, and dignity. Our work helps families safeguard their futures and creators protect the ideas they’ve poured themselves into.
We provide pro bono estate planning and intellectual property services to families, creators, and small start-up businesses. Through one-on-one contact, workshops, clinics and virtual sessions, we make essential legal knowledge accessible and easy to understand.
We support the next generation of attorneys by offering mentorship, structured training, and hands-on opportunities rooted in community service. Our model helps emerging professionals build real experience in estate planning and IP basics while reinforcing a culture of service and access to justice.
We host family legacy nights, small business IP sessions, story-based learning experiences, and public awareness campaigns designed to empower people with lifelong planning tools. Our outreach efforts make legal literacy approachable, engaging, and available to every corner of the community.

Office Without Walls Foundation, Inc. expands access to justice by providing pro bono estate planning and intellectual property services in local communities, while cultivating the next generation of estate planning attorneys through mentorship, education, and hands-on volunteer opportunities. We champion the use of technology, systems, and modern practice tools that support attorney wellness, reduce burnout, and promote sustainable, service-driven legal careers.
We envision communities where legal planning—whether for family protection or safeguarding creative and business ideas—is no longer intimidating or out of reach, but instead a natural expression of love, responsibility, and empowerment. Families understand their options, feel supported in making informed decisions, and have access to trustworthy guidance on both estate planning and the intellectual property tools that help protect the legacies they’re building.
We also imagine a vibrant pipeline of young attorneys who gain real experience through service: professionals trained not only in wills, trusts, and incapacity planning, but also in the fundamentals of trademark and intellectual property protection. These future leaders enter the profession equipped to guide individuals, families, and small business owners with integrity, cultural humility, and a shared commitment to expanding access to justice in every corner of the community. Their use of modern tools and workflows helps minimize stress, prevent burnout, and support healthy, sustainable service throughout their careers.
